The event was spectacularly well-received. A well-received selection of today's leading architectural firms attended the presentation to reaffirm the importance of using ceramics as a fundamental material for the design of sustainable architecture.

De este aspecto ha dado cuenta Juan José Mateos, socio del estudio de Arquitectura Aybar Mateos, que ha presentado uno de sus proyectos más emblemáticos el cual tiene como protagonista una fachada cerámica diseñada y creada en exclusiva por Gresmanc Group para el proyecto.
Denominado “Un paisaje cerámico”, el caso de estudio presentado por Aybar Mateos, se trata de la rehabilitación de un antiguo hospital en Ciudad Real, reconvertido en edificio administrativo y para el cual se ha diseñado una fachada ventilada cerámica que transforma la percepción del edificio y lo acerca a la sensibilidad local y regional. El estudio de arquitectura recurre a la cerámica como material sostenible y propone una lectura del lugar como una acumulación de estratos y capas históricas, que se mezclan, se superponen y se compatibilizan.
