Becerreá Senior Care Center, Lugo
The main premise of this #favemanc ceramic ventilated façade project was to create a building based on sustainability. Sunlight control was achieved by differentiating the east and west facades with a latticework of terraces with slats and glass combined with the Favemanc ceramic ventilated façade. The chosen system was XB PRO, with 17 mm thick ceramic panels that create a lightweight envelope with advantages in thermal and acoustic insulation, durability, and energy efficiency.
