VENTILATED FACADE IN OUARGLA TRAMWAY FACILITIES (ALGERIA)
Favemanc is the supplier of ceramic ventilated façade for the Algerian tram project.
The execution of the mentioned tram contemplates the construction of 5 intermodal stations to link with other means of transport, as well as 23 stations equipped with buildings for ticket sales, traveler information and the necessary signaling and communications systems.
The project has more than 2,000 square meters of tobacco-colored ceramic ventilated façade. The ventilated façade system chosen was the Favemanc XB PRO, which consists of aluminum profiles, anchoring with clips and 17-mm ceramic plates. This system is an excellent option for any project because it is light and, at the same time, very resistant.
The ceramic ventilated façade is complemented by other parts of exposed brick and ceramic latticework in tobacco color. The chosen ceramic lattice is the 250-millimeter oval slat that is being placed horizontally on terracotta-lacquered aluminum tubes. In total, more than 4,500 linear meters of Favemanc ceramic latticework will be installed.
