Gresmanc Group consolidates its Madrid showroom as the epicenter of the architectural debate on sustainability and material design
Two months after its opening at Calle Velázquez 76, the space is establishing itself as a key meeting point for professionals, promoting extruded ceramics as an essential material in the architecture of the future.
Far from being a simple exhibition space, the showroom at Calle Velázquez 76 has established itself in its first two months as a dynamic hub of inspiration and knowledge, an indispensable meeting point for architects, designers and specifiers committed to innovation and sustainability in the sector.
In this endeavor to transform the showroom into a space that connects matter, creation and thought, Gresmanc Group has also collaborated with the landscape designer and Fran CisnerosCisneros, whose organic vision was key in the last edition of Casa Decor to convey the firm's values, was able to express—through earth as a raw material—the profound relationship between extruded ceramics and nature, revealing the sensory and emotional origin of the materials. Today, his intervention in the showroom at Velázquez 76 continues that dialogue, offering a perspective that merges creativity, material, and territory, and helping to reinterpret the essential values from which Gresmanc Group products are born.
The company's strategy has successfully pivoted towards creating a vibrant space that hosts high-level events, exhibitions, and discussions. The recent opening, which featured prominent figures such as architect Rafael de La-Hoz and psychiatrist and artist Dr. Enrique Rojas, set the tone for what the showroom represents: a place where matter, art, and emotion converge to shape the architecture of tomorrow.

Extruded ceramics as a protagonist of sustainable architecture
Gresmanc Group's approach for this new stage focuses on the versatility and unique properties of its extruded stoneware, a material that responds to the growing demands of sustainable architecture.
“Our ceramics not only offer aesthetic and high-precision technical solutions for ventilated facades, outdoor paving, and swimming pools, but also position themselves as a material with a reduced ecological footprint, thanks to their long lifespan, recyclability, and energy efficiency,” emphasizes Paula González, Marketing and Communications Director of the firm. “The showroom is physical proof of how innovation and tradition can come together to create more efficient, healthier, and environmentally friendly buildings.”
